I heard Sophie's song Oh Dear in the tv-serie Everwood

I heard 'I'll Remember You' on the Dawsons Creek dvd I bought. The song is playing in the background in episode 2 of season 1.
It was really nice to suddenly hear Sophie in the back ground.
