Always Sophie

I don't have any singles. But I see you can still order singles on amazon.co.uk, maybe I will buy one there.

Does anyone own any singles of Sophie?

I recieved my 'You and him' single a few days back

It also features 3 other songs, all live recorded.

1. You and him
2. Until Dawn (Live)
3. I'll see you in another world( Live)
4. You and him (Live)[/list:o] There's also something that i nocticed on the cd. It says 'Until Down' as track tilte on the cd itself. but on the inlay it says 'Untill Dawn' Kinda funny that even people that make cd also makes typo's. Just like me

I also have singles for "So Long" and "Black Day".

They are both 2-track singles, with "Curtain Fall" and Life" backing them, resepectively. The version of "Curtain Fall" is identical to the one on Precious Burden. "Life" is a short, simple acoustic song (only 1:53).

Hi there!

A few days ago a friend gave me the single "always you". It contains 4 tracks:

-Always you
-Woman in me
-I'll remember you
-I'll see you (in another world)

The cover is a picture of several sort of cactus but there's no picture of Sophie. However inside there's a nice picture of Sophie I've never seen before!

I asked my friend where she got that single but she don't remember if she found it in Switzerland or in Canada.Does anyone have the same one?

Another question: Where did you buy Sophie's single except on the web?

I saw on a website that there's a single called " Same " released in 1995/ 1996. I don't know that song!

There are bonus tracks on japanese version of Sophie's albums that are not on the "european" version : "Most inconvenient time" "life" and "vacation". Does anybody know them?

I downloaded it last year from the internet. The song is nice, but it's not my favourite.

I know the song 'Vacation'. It is realy a verly nice song, It's one of my favorite songs at the moment.

Sophie singles do seem very hard to get except for Always You. I've managed to get singles of Always You, You and Him, A Thousand Times and So Good. Also the Japanese release of Precious Burden with Life and Vacation.

Does anyone know of any non-album tracks that have been released only on singles?

That's what I know:

-Singles from her debut album only including live or alternative versions to album versions. (5 singles were released).
- Singles from her "Precious Burden" album: only "Black Day" includes the rare track "Life" that can be also found on the "Precious Burden made in Japan" together with another rare track called "Vacation". (3 singles were released).
-Sinlges from "Time To Kill": "Time To Kill - single" includes an edit version of "Fire" which simply omits the instrumental part. Single "Nostalgia" features rare track "Most Inconvenient Time" that can be also found on the japanese album "Time To Kill". (2 singles were released as far as I know!).
-Singles from "Sing and Dance" no rare track! (2 singles were released as far as I know).
-Sinlges from "Love Affair" honestly i don't know anything about these singles!

I don't have any single of Sophie. Only albums.
I saw also on a Japanese import of Precious Burden 2 songs that won't release in the european album.
To know, that it happens two times. I wonder why ?
So, the best way to find them is to check on internet and unfortunately, I don't have internet at home...

So you have the two Japan CDs of Precious Burden and Time to kill. You have the extra songs. You're lucky one ! I'll be so happy to hear those songs one day. Especially those from Precious Burden, I love this album, very deep. It makes me dreamy.
