How to listen to Travelling

Post by pgw3 » 21 Jan 2007, 11:24

Hi!

It seems that Travelling (the new single) has been released to radio and you can listen to it over the web at the Swedish national radio.

1) Go here: http://www.sr.se/cgi-bin/p4/programsido ... ramid=2540
2) Klick on "Söndagsskolan" in the top left corner (with a "speaker" icon in front of it), then a new window should open and the program should start
3) The program is divided into three parts, each 27 minutes, and Travelling is on the second part so go to the end of the timeline that you get. Then it should automatically start the second part.
4) 7:47 into the second part Travelling starts (unfortunately with talking over the beginning and end)

It is very good and it spontaneously sort of reminds me of Going Home. It is "lighter" than the last album (and the three new songs on the best of) and I can imagine that it will be an instant hit on the radio stations that play "softer" music. It's the sort of songs that one can see oneself listening to in the car in the summertime (at least today when the snow has finally come to us here in Stockholm:-)

Take care!

/Peter

How to listen to Travelling

Thanks a lot, pw3! :D

Great song. You are right, it is lighter and more relaxed than most of Sophie´s songs. I don´t no why, but it makes me think of a road movie, driving down an American road in the west, or something like that. And that´s not funny at all, because where I live it´s a rainy day. So I am listening to the song wishing I was on that American road.

@Rindert: With the media player plugin you have to skip forward to the second part of the broadcasting. It should work. :D

thanks for the link !

Very nice song.

Greetings from Belgium
(you cannot buy the album here in our country, unfortenately)

I consider to send money to someone in your country so he/she can send it to me. It's to dangerous to buy by the internet, I heard.

Greetings.

There are a few links on this forum, and you can even find a video of her concert in Switzerland last summer!
